Our client, an independent owner, is launching an exciting new venue in Spring that spans four floors, featuring a bar, restaurant, outdoor space, and social entertainment – all designed to deliver fun and vibrant experiences under one roof. Additionally, our client oversees an esteemed network of exclusive members' clubs across Europe, renowned for exceptional service and high-quality offerings. These venues include upscale restaurants, stylish bars, and private members' spaces with coworking facilities. This company offers a stable work environment and seeks innovative, dynamic professionals to join their growing team

The General Manager

  • Ideally your background will be fine dining restaurants & private members clubs with an emphasis on quality produce & premium service. Someone that has worked within in that luxury space that can take a little bit of London to Bexleyheath
  • My client is after established, proven managers so you will need a minimum of 3 years as a Senior General Manager or Operations Manager at the highest level.
  • The ability to govern & motivate a large team will be paramount here, as well as overseeing other department heads
  • This is a new opening so experience with that would be a bonus!
