Whether you're a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Executive, this could be the perfect fit for you.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Handling a broad mix of residential conveyancing cases – sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

  • Adept at handing a busy and varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
  • Knowledge and experience using the Land Registry Portal and Case Management systems.
  • Experience of new builds and shared Ownership schemes is highly desirable.
  • Highly collaborative and proactive team player.
  • Diligent and attentive approach.
