The role involves providing support in Early Years and KS1 as a general teaching assistant, as well as offering 1:1 support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:- Varied role working across Early Years and KS1.
- Supporting children with SEN, particularly those with Autism.
- Assisting teachers in the classroom and helping to create a positive learning environment.
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability while working as part of a team.
- Taking the initiative to address the needs of the class and individual pupils.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting Early Years and KS1 children who enjoys being an active team player.
