A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Roman Catholic Secondary School in South East London.

This Cover Supervisor role will operate on a daily supply basis and can be part or full time.

You will need to be able to cover classes for different subjects from KS3 to KS4 for this Cover Supervisor position.

General Cover Supervisor responsibilities will include but not be limited to; managing behaviour of pupils, efficiently handing out/organising class work and effectively managing timings for different lessons.

As a Cover Supervisor, you must demonstrate an engaging and enthusiastic attitude at all times ensuring you regularly move around the classrooms to help pupils with their work, to the best of your ability.

The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor position will be between £90 to £110 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

A Roman Catholic All Boys School with Academy status rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

Pupil intake is for 11 to 16 year olds.

It opened in 1973 and is close partners with a sister school in the local area.

The school is a member of SELCAT and Corpus Christi Partnership.

Requirements

Applications are welcome if you are a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.

You are also welcome to apply if you are a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Cover Supervisor:

Right to work in the UK
Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
UK Bachelor's Degree or overseas equivalent
Experience of working with children/young people from the ages of 11 to 18
