- Help to create and develop teaching resources that support student success in English
- A 2:1 or higher degree in English from a top 25 UK University
- Strong A-levels, ideally in English or related subjects
- Previous experience working with children is extremely desirable
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for education
