Enthusiastic administrator/project manager - Efficient, clear-thinking organiser
Excellent attention to detail
Confident in Technical product
Confident handling telephone calls regarding electrical wiring and answering questions in regards to our product range
Technically minded - able to understand electrical information, drawings, confident with your product knowledge and are able to adapt to learning and suggesting custom products
Communication/listening skills - on telephone/ with customers (inc. overseas) / with colleagues / with contractors and freight forwarders, etc.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills - ability to prioritise and organise own workload whilst also working as part of a team.
Staying calm and focussed under pressure.
Problem solving skills.
