Ready for a new chapter at a supportive and long-standing legal practice?An established legal firm in Kent is currently seeking a motivated and team-oriented Residential Property Lawyer to join their thriving department. This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, or seasoned Conveyancing Professionals with strong experience.Your Role Will Include: Managing a diverse range of residential property transactions – including purchases, sales, leasehold and freehold titles, equity transfers, and mortgage refinancing.The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Be confident in handling a high-volume, mixed residential property caseload.
  • Possess strong familiarity with both Land Registry Portal procedures and digital case handling software.
  • Ideally, bring experience in dealing with new build properties and shared ownership agreements.
  • Work exceptionally well within a team and take initiative where needed.
  • Demonstrate a meticulous and thorough work ethic.
