Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive 2 Years plus PQE

Legado Recruitment is excited to announce a partnership with a prestigious Top 500 firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE for a full-time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate and estate administration, demonstrating the ability to manage a varied range of responsibilities under minimum supervision. Responsibilities

Including but not limited to the following:

  • To carry out the client’s instructions in the most efficient and expedient way having regard to the firm’s professional and procedural standards;
  • To provide accurate progress reports for the client at regular intervals;
  • To deal effectively with client queries by telephone or by clear and detailed letter;
  • To maintain accurate records and an efficient and tidy filing system;
  • Where applicable, to meet budgeted fees and profit targets;
  • To organise diary and prioritise work;

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE in private client law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in handling private client matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to organise and run a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to help and encourage less senior members of the department
  • Co-operative and helpful attitude within a team environment
  • Diligent and conscientious approach to work
