We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Legal Administrator to join our Legal Services team in Bexleyheath. This role offers an immediate start with an ongoing temporary booking, providing comprehensive support within a dynamic local authority environment.  The successful candidate will have legal admin experience and be confident and organised.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with the Team Leader and other team members to provide all aspects of administrative support.
  • Ensure strict timelines and processes are adhered to as part of a statutory service.
  • Collaborate with other Business Support Administrators and Legal colleagues to support the service effectively.
  • Adapt to varying changes and requirements within the fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain flexibility and openness to change and improvement to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal or statutory service setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the service.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to follow strict procedures.
