Are you an experienced and capable Legal Secretary seeking a fresh opportunity within a warm and collaborative workplace?An opportunity has arisen for a committed Private Client Legal Secretary to become part of a respected and long-standing local firm, playing a key role in supporting their successful department.Main Duties Include:
  • Handling client enquiries and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinating calendars for several members of the legal team.
  • Typing from audio dictation and preparing written communication for clients.
  • Setting up, archiving, and managing case documentation, including filing and digital scanning.
  • Providing vital clerical support to a busy team comprising Partners, Solicitors, Trainee Lawyers, and Probate Officers.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Prior experience within wills and estate administration is strongly preferred.
  • A proven ability to manage competing priorities and a demanding workload.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, along with proficiency in audio dictation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with confidence in client communication and telephone engagement.

Work Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
