Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking to join a traditional  firm with a warm, friendly and supportive culture? We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join this busy Private Client team in Bexleyheath.This leading local firmprides itself on fostering a warm, inclusive environment. A traditional yet friendly workplace with social events and long-standing staff members, some of whom have been with the firm for 20-30 years.They are strongly committed to promoting and progressing their team and offer fantastic opportunity for personal and professional development.Key Requirements:
  • Experience in wills, probate, and will writing is essential.
  • Ability to handle a busy workload and manage numerous client calls daily.
  • Competence in taking client instructions and producing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with clients and taking detailed instructions.
  • Drafting wills and LPAs with precision and care.
  • Supporting a team of six professionals, including partners, senior solicitors, trainees, consultants, and probate executives.
  • Managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
