  • Proven experience in preparing wills, dealing with probate matters, and advising on estate administration is essential.
  • Able to manage a varied caseload while liaising with numerous clients throughout the day.
  • Confident in taking detailed instructions and producing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
Main Duties:
  • Meeting with clients and taking thorough instructions.
  • Drafting wills and LPAs with precision and care.
  • Working closely with a vibrant team of six, including partners, experienced solicitors, trainees, consultants, and probate professionals.
  • Juggling a broad range of tasks within a busy legal practice.
