- Proven experience in preparing wills, dealing with probate matters, and advising on estate administration is essential.
- Able to manage a varied caseload while liaising with numerous clients throughout the day.
- Confident in taking detailed instructions and producing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Meeting with clients and taking thorough instructions.
- Drafting wills and LPAs with precision and care.
- Working closely with a vibrant team of six, including partners, experienced solicitors, trainees, consultants, and probate professionals.
- Juggling a broad range of tasks within a busy legal practice.
