Private Client Paralegal – Join a Well-Established and Supportive FirmAre you an accomplished Private Client Paralegal eager to become part of a traditional yet welcoming law practice known for its friendly and encouraging atmosphere?We are looking for a motivated and capable professional to integrate into a thriving Private Client department in Bexleyheath.This highly regarded regional firm takes pride in cultivating a collaborative and inclusive culture. With a long-standing team and regular social gatherings, many staff members have remained loyal to the company for decades, some exceeding 20-30 years.Their commitment to career growth and advancement ensures a fantastic opportunity for both professional and personal progression.Essential Criteria:

Solid background in will drafting, probate matters, and estate planning is a must.
Capable of handling a demanding caseload while managing multiple client interactions daily.
Adept at gathering client instructions and preparing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

Core Responsibilities:

Conducting client consultations and obtaining comprehensive instructions.
Preparing wills and LPAs with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborating with a dynamic team of six, comprising partners, senior solicitors, trainees, consultants, and probate specialists.
Managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-moving legal setting.

Competitive salary
Standard working hours from 9:00 to 5:30.
