Academics (South East) would like to welcome an experienced and confident HLTA to apply for this HLTA vacancy in South East London, Bexley, to start ASAP

This is a great school based close to Erith. There are some significant strength's in the school, which include good provision for children in KS1 and KS2, a good curriculum and effective procedures for the care, guidance and support of pupils. It has good links with parents and carers and promotes community cohesion

This role requires a person who has experience of covering lessons across KS1 and KS2 and has a creative and inclusive approach. You will need to have superb rapport building skills with excellent initiative and work ethic.

Successful HLTA's must:

  • Have HLTA status or qualification
  • Promote equal opportunities in the classroom
  • Be a great team player, be flexible and appraochable
  • Be committed to the learning and development of pupils
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and students
