Key Responsibilities

• Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across various subjects, with a focus on creativity and fostering holistic development.
• Adaptability: Provide consistent cover across all year groups, ensuring continuity in learning during teacher absences.
• Supportive Collaboration: Work closely with subject leaders and the teaching team to deliver tailored lessons that align with the school's curriculum and values.
• Inclusive Education: Provide inclusive, differentiated learning experiences for pupils of all abilities, including vulnerable learners.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment that encourages engagement and participation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in primary education (experience in Bexley schools preferred).
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
