As a Year 2 teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support the progress of all pupils.
- Take full responsibility for planning, teaching, and assessment.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Monitor and support children's individual needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is Qualified: Holds QTS and has experience or training in primary education (experience teaching Year 2 or Key Stage 1 preferred but not essential).
- Is Passionate: Demonstrates a love for teaching and a commitment to the progress and well-being of pupils.
- Is Collaborative: Enjoys working as part of a supportive and proactive team.
- Is Organized: Can effectively plan and manage classroom responsibilities.
