My exclusive client based in Bexleyheath are looking to recruit a skilled Quantity Surveyor who has at least 3 years of experience within the residential industry. You will need to have completed full projects from the frame and base of the residential to the simple finer details. You will also need experience in estimating projects.
You will be liaising with clients and giving them advice on their projects while supporting them in pricing the works. You will also have open and honest conversations with builders if they should be carrying out the job or not. You will be working with an experienced small team who are all for the business they work for and their clients.

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:
- 3 years experience being a QS
- 3 years in the residential industry
- Experience of estimating projects
- Experience being main contractor
- Experience in valuations and variations
- Experience in tenders and supporting meeting JCT requirements
- Can do and flexible approach
