**As an HLTA, you will:**

**Requirements:**
- **Educational Qualifications:** Relevant qualifications in Education or Teaching Support (e.g., HLTA status, CACHE Level 4, NVQ Level 4 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).- **Experience:** Previous experience as an HLTA in a primary or secondary school setting.- **Curriculum Knowledge:** Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum and assessment framework.- **Skills:** Strong communication and organisational abilities.- **Team Collaboration:** Ability to work effectively with teachers and other support staff.- **Adaptability:** Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced educational environment.
