Premier Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Bexleyheath, currently seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal secretary with expertise in private client matters.

About the Role:

As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will provide essential support to the Private Client department, assisting fee earners in delivering high-quality legal services to their clients. You will play a key role in managing client communications, document preparation, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to Private Client fee earners.
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and organising meetings.
  • Liaising with clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring excellent client care.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assisting with the management of client files, including wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary within a Private Client department is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy workload.
