About the Role:
As an Adult Safeguarding Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking complex safeguarding assessments of vulnerable adults
- Developing and implementing effective safeguarding plans
- Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure the safety and well-being of adults at risk
- Providing support and guidance to carers and family members
- Attending safeguarding meetings and reviews
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, MSW)
- Significant experience in adult safeguarding
- A strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults
