Temporary Agency Lecturer in Health and Social Care

- Location: Bexley Campus (Monday, Thursday, Friday) & Bromley Campus (Tuesday, Wednesday)
- Job Type: Temporary, Part-time until 04/04/2025
We are seeking a Temporary Agency Lecturer in Health and Social Care to provide short-term cover at our Bexley and Bromley campuses. This role involves delivering 16 sessions of 1.5 hours each in Health and Social Care. The position is ideal for candidates who are flexible and can adapt quickly to new environments.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative sessions in Health and Social Care across two campuses.
- Prepare session plans and educational materials in line with the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with faculty staff to ensure continuity and quality of teaching.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lecturer in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle the demands of teaching across multiple locations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students.
