We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our team at the Holly Hill Campus. This role involves the effective planning, organisation, and teaching of plumbing courses to students aged 16-18, covering both practical and theoretical aspects of plumbing at Levels 1 and 2.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver practical and theoretical plumbing courses to 16-18-year-old students at Levels 1 and 2.
  • Assist with the planning and organisation of the plumbing curriculum to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Engage with students of varying abilities, providing support and guidance to facilitate their academic and practical skills development.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning within the classroom and workshop environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
  • Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in teaching and making presentations to class groups.
  • Efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping.
