Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices, ensuring approvals are in place.
• Maintaining accurate records and files
• Supporting with purchase ledger and purchase ledger
• Resolving accounting discrepancies and tracking accounts-related issues.
• Handling staff expenses and assisting with telephone reception cover.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Accurate data entry capabilities.
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and use initiative to solve problems.
• Professional phone etiquette.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• AAT qualification or a degree in Accounting/Business.
