In this position, you'll manage and mentor junior team members while overseeing your own workload, billables, and budgets—making budget supervision essential.   • Lead audit planning and execution with the team.
  • Finalise audit assignments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP (FRS 102).
  • Communicate directly with clients to develop strategic solutions.
  • Handle the preparation and auditing of consolidated accounts.
  • Proactively monitor and manage assignment budgets.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Minimum of three years' experience, with at least 60% of your role focused on audits.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in accounts preparation under UK GAAP.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with multiple accounting systems.
Remuneration
  • 45000 - 65000 DOE
