Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports
- Manage internal audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide financial insight and advice to the management team
- Implement budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle tax and treasury matters effectively
- Monitor and manage company's financial risk
- Contribute to the development of the company's strategic financial objectives
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in other duties as required
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Ideally suited for a first time mover from Practice
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
