Our client is a medium-sized organisation looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance team. You play a pivotal role and be responsible for the Management Accounts, Budgeting and Forecasting and Reporting.
Description
Management Accountant responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conducting financial analysis to assist in strategic decision making.
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc projects.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with non-financial departments to provide financial insights.
- Driving continuous improvement in the accounting function.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Proven experience in management accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and databases.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of 35,000 - 40,000, dependent on experience.
