We are recruiting for a Senior finance analyst (tax) to join a luxury automotive company. You will become part of a scale-up, where your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of their forward-thinking company.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from either their Leamington Spa, Guildford or Bicester office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Some responsibilities:

1.Assisting with the annual tax for accounts work

2.Maintenance/reconciliation of tax related GL codes.

3.Assisting the Head of Tax with research and analysis on tax matters.

4.Supporting the Head of Tax with identification and implementation of tax-saving strategies

5.Helping build policies and procedures to improve tax efficiency and/or reduce risk.

6.Business partner with key stakeholders in the business providing support from a tax perspective.

7.Assisting with the preparation of the annual R&D claim.

8.Assisting with the preparation of P11Ds and PSA return.

9.Managing monthly/quarterly VAT compliance activities.

About you:

1.Qualified financial accountant (ACA or ACCA) in a practice or in-house role.

2.The ideal candidate will have had experience in managing both direct and indirect taxes.

3.CTA qualification is desired but not a requirement.

This role is hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home). Offices can be either in Guildford, Leamington Spa or Bicester.
