I am looking for an Administrative Assistant to join my client who is a leader in nanomaterial technologies based in Oxford.What will you be doing? As an Administrative Assistant they are looking for someone who would be involved in the below:
  • Managing purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders for office, lab, and R&D needs.
  • Handling logistics tasks such as creating shipping labels and coordinating order shipments with the production and sales teams.
  • Organizing business travel for the team, including booking hotels and flight tickets.
  • Overseeing office management, including coordinating cleaning services and ensuring the office space is tidy and functional.
  • Communicating with various suppliers regarding equipment maintenance and service needs.
  • Providing general administrative support to assist the team with day-to-day operations.
