Equation Recruitment is working with a dynamic and growing IT company that has been providing cutting-edge IT solutions and managed services across the UK for the past 16 years. We are now looking for acreative and detail-oriented Videographer / Video Editorto join the team and help expand our video content, including podcasts and tech-related projects.

Location:Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary:26,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type:Full-time, on-site

Your Role:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for promotional, educational, and internal use
Operate cameras, set up lighting, and manage audio recording to ensure professional-quality production
Edit videos with precision, adding effects, graphics, and sound to enhance engagement
Collaborate with the IT team to produce compelling video content, including podcasts and tech-related media

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience invideo production, shooting, and editing
Proficiency incamera operation and lighting setups
Strong skills invideo editing software(e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
Ability to work efficiently in afast-paced environment
Knowledge ofaudio recording and editing(a plus)
