A successful business in the aviation industry is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant (zero experience required) to join their team. You will work in a supportive and friendly environment and have the opportunity to keep learning and developing. Your new role
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reviewing and coding supplier invoices and sending them on for approval
- Posting general ledger data and VAT information
- Reviewing and reconciling supplier statements
- Setting up new suppliers
- Reviewing and processing employee expense submission
- Providing cover for the AP supervisor on leave dates
What you'll need to succeedA recent graduate, or just finished your A-Levels, or a school leaver looking to study AAT and want a relevant full-time job. No previous experience is required, but you must fit the below profile brief:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Inquisitive and logical mindset
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent user of IT systems
