Sonic Summary

We are looking for HGV 2 Drivers for our customer in the Bicester area, who specializes in food delivery across the UK.
The role involves making 8 to 15 deliveries per shift to restaurants, unloading produce, and working with a driver's mate for larger deliveries.
Candidates must possess an HGV 2 Licence, Digi Card, and CPC Card, along with a good level of fitness for manual handling tasks.
The position offers a pay rate of £20 per hour on weekdays for PAYE, with higher rates on weekends, and £22 per hour for LTD drivers on weekdays.
Candidates should have a friendly attitude and previous experience in a similar driving role is preferred.

We are recruiting HGV 2 Drivers on behalf of our customer who are based in the Bicester area. Our customer is a developer and consolidator of food, whole, prepared and cooked, delivering across the UK.

As a HGV 2 Driver your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Delivering produce to restaurants across the UK
Completing 8 - 15 deliveries per shift
Unloading the produce and put away in fridges, freezers etc as instructed
Striping down pallets for unloading
Working with a driver’s mate to complete Heavier/larger deliveries

The ideal candidate will have the following.

Friendly attitude as you will be customer facing
HGV 2 Licence, Digi Card & CPC Card
Good level of fitness as deliveries will require multiple trips up and down stairs as well as manual handling of large quantities of produce.

Monday to Friday
0400 Starts

Rates of pay per hour;

PAYE - Monday to Friday £20, Saturday £23, Sunday £25

LTD - Monday to Friday £22, Saturday £25, Sunday £27
