Our local and established client is looking for Sales Support to join their team.
The company based in Bicester requires dedicated support for their business through completion of general administration tasks, creating orders and services and assisting the sales team.
Working hours of 09:00am-17:00pm Monday to Friday, offering £26,000 per annum.
Duties of the Sales Support role:
- Respond to and resolve telephone queries.
- Build ongoing relationships with customers and clients.
- Prepare and follow up sales quotations.
- Create orders and send PO’s.
- Track orders.
- Complete credit proposals.
- Use the CRM system to keep on top of activities and calls.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Adapt to requirements and customer needs easily.
- Work to deadlines and be able to multitask and prioritise efficiently.
- Computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
