This market leading consultancy and contractor work on a plethora of projects mainly within the public sector, with projects including Hospitals, Social Housing and other public sector facilities. Possessing two separate arms to the business they can offer both consultancy and contractor services. With them being able to help identify problems and then and solve them themselves, they have managed to find great success in their niche. This is why they are looking to add to their growing and ambitious team with amazing opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will be responsible for preparing, review and managing of the contracts ensuring all the terms and conditions are met. You will also be responsible for project management of work making sure it is complete within budget, time and to a high quality. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders with consistent communication with them to help solve any problems are solved if they arise and the project runs smoothly, as well as consistently liaising with the head office to keep them updated. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you also be required to manage and oversee direct trades and sub-contractors on site.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Project or Contracts Manager with strong organization and management skills to effectively deliver contracts successfully, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to sites across Oxfordshire.

- Working on a variety of projects mainly in the public sector
- Managing a team of direct trades and subcontractors

- Covering sites across Oxfordshire, with some occasional travel to the head office in Norwich
The Person:
- Experienced Project or Contracts Manager
- Experience working on projects within the construction sector
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Full UK drivers license
