Role: Cook/ Chef
Location: OX25 1P
Rate of Pay: £14.25 per hour
Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off - 11 hour day shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of chefs to create quality meals from a pre-ordered menu.
- Preparation of breakfast, lunch, and evening meals.
- Supervise and support prisoner workforce in food production.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience required.
- Must be 18 or over.
- Security clearance is required, including a 5-year UK address history
- Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of health and food safety legislation, conflict resolution skills.
- Equivalent of NVQ Level 2 qualification.
- Hold a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate or Equivalent.
