- Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive employee strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Partnering with HR and Departmental Managers to identify skills gaps and training needs across the business, designing targeted programs.
- Partnering with HR and Line Managers to support performance management processes, including objective setting, probationary and performance reviews, and planning.
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Developing utilisation of the internal platform for review processes.
- Coordinating the delivery of training programs and learning initiatives, both internally and through external partners to enhance skills and competencies.
- Implementing various learning methods across the Company (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training etc).
- Creating and promoting career pathways within the business.
- Supporting managers to facilitate career discussions and mentorship programs to support employees in achieving their professional goals.
- Designing, developing and overseeing apprenticeship programs across the business.
- Developing and implementing employee retention strategies aimed at fostering a positive work environment and reducing turnover.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, team leaders, supervisors and external partners to support talent initiatives.
- Collaborating with educational institutions, industry organisations, and government agencies to promote apprenticeship programs and other talent development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development or a related field OR CIPD Level 5 or 7 in Learning and Development
- Proven experience in L&D and employee training
- Proven experience in managing apprenticeship or training programmes
- Experience in implementing employee development initiatives.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
- Strong understanding of talent development principles, performance management practices and employee engagement strategies.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
