An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Bicester-based company as a Customer Care Order Processor. If you enjoy being part of a large team working towards a common goal this could be the role for you.

As a Customer Care Order Processor, your duties will include:

  • Input customer orders into the ordering system, ensuring all information is up to date
  • Receiving and sorting inbound customer orders ready for processing
  • Preparing and shipping outbound mail
  • Manage and respond to queries
  • Monitor orders and liaising with logistical personnel to ensure delivery times
  • Process orders in compliance with Corporate Work Instructions
  • Validate customer orders and communicate directly with customers when required
  • Scan file customer paperwork
  • Cut & Scan impressions for custom device orders
  • Create and manage order queries in CRM Salesforce
  • Capture customer interactions in CRM Salesforce, including customer complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process orders to meet department quality and productivity targets
  • Develop good rapport with customers

To be considered for the Customer Care Order Processor role you will have previous data entry experience ideally from within a similar role, have excellent attention to detail, and fabulous concentration. You must possess the ability to prioritise and juggle workloads, with a drive to meet and surpass goals. You must be logical in your approach to work with excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with colleagues globally. As this is primarily a data entry role you must be comfortable sitting at a computer and entering data repeatedly.

As the Customer Care Order Processor, you will be part of a large and growing team, who look after and support each other daily. With on-the-job training. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 am until 5 pm and 25 days plus your Birthday and bank holidays, this role is offering £27,500 per annum.
