Customer Operations Assistant - Be the Backbone of Operations and Customer Success!

Salary: £27,510 per annum

Hours: 7:45 am - 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Enjoy a 15-minute paid morning break and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

We're on the lookout for a Customer Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and top-tier customer service. Your role will involve:

  • Order Processing: Ensuring customer orders are manufactured, picked, and dispatched efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Assisting retail customers with sales orders, providing product advice, and handling technical/commercial queries.
  • Health & Safety: Promoting safe working practices and ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  • Stock Management: Coordinating stock levels, scheduling waste removal, and managing logistics.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Performing daily and weekly maintenance routines on tinting machines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and boost efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • A customer-focused attitude with great communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP systems).
  • A practical approach - whether working on the shop floor or at the trade desk, you're up for the challenge.
  • Forklift experience (Atlet/Counterbalance/Reach) is a bonus, but training can be provided.
