Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Bicester to recruit a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will receive a salary of up to £45,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working!

This role would best suit an individual who has strong excel skills with a commercial mindset and enjoys interpreting data.

Primary responsibilities;

  • Make a significant contribution to the achievement of tendering success rates and the business development department
  • Set and maintain high standards in tendering, accuracy, commercial insight and accompanying data evidence.
  • Ownership, development and continual improvement of the company's business development tendering model.
  • Undertake site visits to assist with pricing and resource planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior directors and managers throughout the business.
  • Maintain effective, productive relationships whilst managing conflicting priorities of colleagues.
  • The post holder may, from time to time, be required to undertake other related duties not listed in this job description according to the needs of the business.

Key experience and attributes;

  • Excellent analytical, financial and commercial skills in relation to business development.
  • Advanced level in application of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent time management, the ability to work under pressure and to multiple tight and concurrent deadlines.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and an effective approach to decision-making.
  • Capable of conducting research, with the ability to understand the company's services, markets and competitors.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Numerate, analytical and articulate.
