Job Title: Nights Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £42,000 35% Shift Allowance £58,050 per annum
Shift Pattern:
- Working Nights: Sunday to Thursday
- Shift Hours: 10 PM - 6 AM
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our established team at a growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for both preventive and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair motors, vacuum machines, scales, sensors, and valves.
- Work on packaging machines, conveyors, mixers, ovens, and provers.
- Perform electrical fault finding and PLC diagnostics.
- Utilize a CMM system for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot boilers and steam systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
We are looking for candidates with experience in fast-paced manufacturing or production environments, particularly those with backgrounds in food, FMCG, or other manufacturing sectors.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
- Completion of a Level 3 apprenticeship.
- Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
- 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Certification.
