RDM Electrical and Mechanical Services, part of the wider Raven Delta (RD) Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Installation Electrician to join our expanding team.
You will be responsible for new installation and refurbishment works, ensuring the reliability of the plant and associated electrical systems on site. You will work to set schedules, maintaining high engineering standards. This role requires experience in commercial and industrial environments, with a strong understanding of current Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices.

In return we offer a competitive salary, ranging from 20.00 to 23.00 per hour with opportunities to work Overtime to support our dynamic workload and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct New Installation works and Refurbishment works.
- Ensure the reliability of the Plant and associated electrical systems on site.
- Adhere to set schedules, maintaining high engineering standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications:
- JIB Gold Card
- City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 / NVQ Level 3
- 18th Edition
Desirable Qualifications:
- City & Guild 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent
- PASMA/IPAF certification
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience in Electrical & Mechanical aspects of general building
- Full Driving Licence and willing to undertake strict security vetting and provide 3 years of working reference history due to the nature of our work
This is a full-time permanent position based primarily in Bicester with required availability across the Oxfordshire area.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, with potential for overtime and weekend work as required.
