About the Role:
As Assistant Mnagaer, youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy pub. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, leading the front-of-house team, and maintaining our high standards of customer service.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in a similar role within a pub, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
A hands-on leader who can motivate and support the team.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating a great guest experience.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A good understanding of stock control, cash handling and health & safety procedures.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
