Description
- Support the financial planning and analysis activities.
- Liaise with various business units to gather data and understand business needs.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Support the development and implementation of financial systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
