Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an FP&A framework tailored to the needs of the non-profit sector.
- Design and build financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Create and deliver insightful financial reports and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms.
- Provide analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support grant applications and funding proposals with financial insights and projections.
- Train and upskill existing team members to ensure continuity and sustainability of the FP&A function.
Profile
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant experience in FP&A.
- Proven track record of setting up or improving FP&A functions.
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing or optimising budgeting and forecasting tools.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
