Rapier Employment is seeking a Reach Truck Driver for a distribution centre in Bicester.
The position offers a pay rate of £12.36 per hour for a total of 45 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30.
Responsibilities include picking and loading orders, stock replenishment, and operating internal handling equipment, with full training provided.
Candidates must have essential reach truck experience and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
This role requires good physical fitness and the potential for a temp-to-perm arrangement.

Rapier Employment are working with a well-established distribution centre in Bicester who are looking for a Reach Truck Driver to join their team. Potential for temp to perm.Pay rate: £12.36 per hourHours & days: 08:00-17:30 Monday to FridayTotal hours: 45 hours per weekResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Picking and loading orders
Making sure products are arranged and stored correctly
Using internal handling equipment (full training provided)
Relocating products using pump trucks, power pallet trucks and forklifts
Stock replenishment
Good level of physical fitness due to nature of the role
Ensure drivers leave the warehouse on time with the right orders in their trucks
Full training provided to the right candidate
Be able to work within a freezer environment

Requirements:

Reach truck experience is essential
Work independently as well as a team
