Administrator - Great opportunity

Main duties:

Order processing, raising of returns, issuing credit notes and recording of customer complaints.

Co-ordination of sales desk.

Assistance with purchase orders.

Monitoring of stock levels.

Deal with all Government Bodies and Trade Associations (including DVLA, MCIA, AEA) Providing all statistical returns and required information / documents.

Assistance in creating price lists for both standard and individual customer accounts.

Assist Sales Manager in new brand / product set up (including supplier information, unit creation, price lists etc.

Assistance with maintaining promotional information and other divisional literature.
