We are looking for an organised individual to join a Bicester based company as an Administrator. Supporting the team you will be dealing with queries, providing updates to clients and liaising with suppliers.
Hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Administrator:
- Check automated emails on arrival and upload necessary documentation to the system.
- Respond to client requests to include giving updates on status.
- Add information provided by suppliers to the system.
- Manage internal and external queries via email.
- Keep information up to date as requested by suppliers.
- Issue reports to clients on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Deal with client processes, sending documentation to suppliers, cross referencing portals, adding information to client files.
- Take and answer enquiries by phone.
- Handle supplier emails relating to payment updates, refunds and fees etc.
- Additional ad hoc administrative duties.
Personal Attributes:
- Must be able to confidently use Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience within administration and customer service.
- Manage high volumes of emails.
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Willing to learn new systems.
You will be provided with full training on the bespoke system and online portals required within this position.
