An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established school in Oxfordshire as an Examinations Lead. The primary responsibilities associated with this role include the development and maintenance of relationships with the Leadership team, Subject Leads, Cover Managers, and exam invigilators. Additionally, it is essential to collaborate closely with the Examination Boards, the National Association of Examination Officers, the Department for Children, Schools and Families, Local Authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.The role of Exams Lead entails the management of the examinations budget and the organisation of enrolment and registration processes for all examinations. It is imperative to adhere to deadlines for reporting and documentation. Furthermore, it is essential to resolve any examination conflicts in accordance with established regulations, ensuring that all candidates affected are promptly notified of any changes.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in prioritising workload. Furthermore, prior training in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of safeguarding principles. This position also necessitates participation in an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
