This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional support to a sales team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing customer orders, providing administrative support, and maintaining the sales database.Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, check, and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and maintain the sales database (CRM system) for the company
  • Acknowledge all orders placed, ensuring customers receive prompt confirmations
  • Prepare and provide quotations to the sales team
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork for vehicles is processed efficiently
  • Tax vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team
  • Coordinate and track orders and deliveries
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Experience in the automotive industry would be beneficial but not essential
