Responsibilities:
File plant operator assessments and other plant related documentation as necessary.
Print and display posters for well being etc..
Data entry relating to driver assessments.
Upload brake test results (tests performed on a 6 weekly basis).
Request MIDP numbers for temporary works, work package plans, inspection & test plans, and plant/material approval forms and upload to Transportal for submission to client.
Participate in continuous improvement process meetings, updating process documentation and preparing user guidance notes.
Scanning non revisable documentation to SharePoint /Transportal.
SharePoint filing restructure.
