- Has successful Headship experience in a primary school.
- Brings substantial primary teaching experience and is a versatile classroom practitioner.
- Sets ambitious standards for all pupils, regardless of background or starting point.
- Is committed to staying at the forefront of curriculum and educational developments.
- Will uphold and enrich the school's ethos and values.
